I'm not sure but I am the EXACT same way!!!! Someone mentioned blood thinner and I'm wandering if that is the cause. Read about Hughes syndrome/ APS, I was recently diagnosed w/ this and sometimes wander if that is the cause.

Usually these kinds of symptoms can be related to bad blood circulation, and you say you have a heart problem so it seems relevant. It usually begins in the extremities : cold hands, fingers, feet and toes and can worsen to the point where you feel cold all over. You should consult your physician, he may be able to prescribe a medication to help improve your circulation. Good luck and take care !

It could be that you have low blood, I'm the same way. I sleep in flannel pajamas & socks all yr long. My co-workers make fun of me too because I'm always so cold, I just can't help it. I did see a doctor and he told me that I have very low blood, he suggested that I take iron pills. You can get them from any drug store, I've been taking them for over 3 yrs now. They actually helped!

I am exactly the same. At work all my colleagues want the heating turned down and I am freezing cold. I often sit here with my coat on - they think I am strange.
I am just a person who feels the cold I think.

Sounds like poor circulation. A good massage can help boost the blood and lymphatic circulation so book in with a therapist at your local complementary centre. Have you also looked at your lifestyle habits? if you are currently dieting or not getting enough exercise this too could affect your circulation

i feel cold if i haven't had enough sleep.or if i have been sitting still too long.
feeling cold is not a symptom of a heart condition, if it were just your feet and hands it could be circulation.

Are you underweight?
I am always hot which isn't much fun, it makes the summers very long and tedious. Maybe just some of us have different tolerances to heat/cold

Being cold is often due to blood circulation. I agree with raiderking69, your blood might not being flowing like it should, so check with your doctor.

you could be anemic which has to do with the iron in the blood being low.i am,and they told me to take a daily vitamin, possibly and iron supplement 3 times a week and eat high iron foods 3x a week, like liver, spinach etc. could be due to being underweight as well. but, some people are just hot or cold natured.
