Which one is the better city and why?

Sheffield is a very green city. It is surrounded by parks. Good transport with the tram. It has improved a lot recently. The Peak District is only a short car ride away for those lazy sunday lunches in the country.
Leeds lacks character compared to Sheffield. I go there every day and it is a dump!.

I went to Sheffield and had a great time shopping in the day and pubs and clubs at night. Never been to Leeds

My Sister lives in Leeds, but I never liked it. My Daughter is at Sheffield University and we all love it there. Enough said.

Leeds is by far the best, i have lived in both and definatly leeds has faaaar more pros to it than sheffield i wouldnt recommend anyone to live there. Leeds is fantastic for everything, literally.

There's not really that much of a difference between them. They both look very similar.
Sheffield has a much better university, but both have a good nightlife. Leeds has better shops if you like things like Harvey Nichols and Vivien Westwood.
