Okay....I have stomach problems. Many times I get sick when I eat, so I eat very little or don't at all. I know it's not good, but there's really not much of an alternative.

Anyway, I also don't feel the sensation of hunger like I used to.

Today I got up around 9am, one hour ago. I feel okay other than a little "weirdness" in my stomach and perhaps I'm a little weak, as well. Could this be hunger?

Last evening I ate a couple of slices of wheat bread spread out between 5 o'clock and midnight.

I guess my question is, if you had only eaten two slices of bread in 16 or 17 hours, would that be enough to make you feel weak and weird? Is it possible that I just need to eat something, or am I getting sick at my stomach?

I honestly can't tell anymore. Sometimes I get this way and I'll eat something then feel better, but sometimes I feel worse. It's maddening.

I've seen lots of doctors. My stomach problems are nothing that will kill me; they just get really bad for a few days at a time.

Thanks for trying to answer, but the question is much simpler than your answers are. I am going to doctors. I have a diagnosis. I'm not dying and am not in danger...I'm just very, very uncomfortable. And I don't have stomach aches...I have nausea.

Again, my question is: If you had only eaten 2 slices of bread in the last 16 or 17 hours, how would you feel? I realize most normal people would be hungry, but is it enough to cause weakness and a dull headache?

I'm just wondering how someone without stomach problems would feel.

It isn't normal to feel like this - there is something wrong. It could be that you have a physical illness, such as coeliac disease (if the wheat is making you ill), or you might be suffering from a psychological illness, such as an eating disorder.

Whatever it is, you definitely need to see your doctor right away. Please don't take chances with this - you will become very ill if it goes untreated, as you are eating a dangerously small amount at present. Many disorders such as coeliac disease are very easy and painless to treat.

Good luck.

Weakness and lethargy and being annoyed are all signs of being hungry without the actual hunger feeling. It's when your blood sugar is crashing. This is noticeable if you don't eat breakfast, or for most people later in the evening as they haven't eaten enough through the day.

So the answer is YES! Eat something. Listen to your body.

Also, don't eat junk food or drink too much pop, and drink plenty of water. Overprocessed foods won't help digestion any.

I get stomach aches often too. Sometimes it is caused by what I eat - I can't eat pizza, cheese, tomato sauce, peanut butter, etc. But, sometimes I get them when I haven't had enough to eat. If that's the case then I just eating something that I know won't upset my stomach. I've gone to a couple doctors - one said it was ulcers and the other thought it was just acid reflux and suggested I take Zantac. Sounds like you need to eat something though. I would eat some oatmeal if I were you - it's filling and gentle enough on the stomach.

first of all i think you need to see a doctor. You might be week becasue you havent eaten or you could be allergic to milk. My aunt has that and if she eats anything with milk, she gets sick. She cant eat much now after a dcotor figured it out, but she never gets sick. I really dont know. You need to see a doctor though.
