My face, especially the area around my eyes & cheeks are red, swollen & itchy. My face felt tight too. When I woke up in the morning, my eyelids are always covered with dry mucles. I have been thinking on the cause of it and all I could think of is the newly bought vitamin E. Just wondering will anyone get allergy to it? How can I stop all this? Thanks in advance.

Check if it's "fast drying" vitamin E. I had a problem with fast drying vitamin E because of the alcohol that they use to make it dry. It made my skin itchy, and blotchy. It was like a peel I would guess. I had to stop using it.

I don't think it's an allergy, just a poor product. If it's the case buy some vitamin E that is sort of goopy(it's a bit different to deal with but won't cause as big a problem), or buy face cream with vitamin E in it, it should do just as good, plus it'll moisturize, some face creams have tons of vitamin E in it.

Hope this helps.

PS: do not forget you can take vitamin E in pill form, which will work from the inside out.
