He is of course a male and not like other Bostons. He is white w/black spots, and tiny. I like names to be different and nothing common or cheesy either. *thnx*

Give him a tough name so when you call him people will think you have a giant for a dog but when he comes running they see him. My boyfriend had one and his name was Buster and that name definately fit him. He was one of the bigger Bostons and a total sweetheart!

I have a boston and his name is Smalls, but after about a week we wish we named him Flash because instead of having the Indy 500 in my house I call it the Boston 500, he runs laps around our house. we also tried keeping him in the kitchen so he would have more room to run around and had a baby gate up thinking that would keep him in there but he could jump it like it wasn't there, and he is a real escape artist to. we have him in a crate that he knows how to get out of so we had to tie up his crate door when we leave the house so when we come home he is still in his crate instead of running around the house getting into EVERYTHING. Bostons are sooo much fun and so full of energy you are going to have so much fun.... ours has so much energy we ended up getting a playmate for him of course one that is ten times his size (an American Bulldog) but now they both tire each other out and so funny to watch them play... and our boston is so great with our kids and only barks when someone is at the door.

That's a hard question to answer. What kind of personality does he have? We named our Boston after my fathers favorite move character Augustus McCrae in Lonesome Dove. When he's bad he gets called his whole name, just like a child, so he knows he's in BIG trouble, but we call him Gus the rest of the time.

How about "BABY-BOO"?? It's cute and endearing.

Good luck with your puppy, but please be responsible and take good care of the little darling. Puppies do grow-up, and people tend to forget this, then next stop is the local SPCA.

Ciao and good luck.
