It would probably be easier to bond with the younger one, and you can train it your own little way. By the time they're 9 mos, they're adults, and are pretty much set in their ways. If you can get along fine with the 9 m/o and prefer it, then good, go for it. But if you can't get along with it really well, don't think you can change it's habits too easily. Some cat's you can, most you can't. That's a general rule in cat behavior :)

What is a roumi cat?
No...
What is a syami cat?
Are you talking about siamese? Is this some weird abbreviation you're using to talk about cats?
You're freaking me out. Maybe you need a fish.

Syami is Siamese in Arabic. Roumi is another cat breed in Arabic. My cat is Roumi, but I don't know the English translation. She is not fluffy, has beautiful tortoise lines with a patch of fox colored fur on her head and a beautiful white mouth. She is very aggressive, looks like a tabby, but has a longer face. To answer the original question, my Roumi bites and scratches. My previous cat was a syami and Shirazi (persian) mix. She was very polite and never scratched or bit. If you chose the Roumi, you better keep up on her shots!

Take the older cat. It's never too late to form a strong bond between cat and owner.

Well first of all I have never heard of the breeds you are talking about which I know like all cat breeds. But I would get the older one because there's lots of older cats out there who get put to sleep because people always want kittens.

I think you should get the syami baby cat because if its a baby then it can get used to you.And they dont have a lot of hair so it would be easier.

Well, it depends on what kind of person you are. I would pick the younger one, because when he gets older, he would be more used to me. It is your turn to pick!
