I take the Hair, Skin, and Nails Formula, MSM, and Fish Oils. My hair grows super fast and strong (2-3 inches a month!)

Honey, 'hair grease' will not make your hair grow, man or otherwise. Only thing you can do is take Biotin, a B vitamin. I've heard it really does work. You can get it at Walmart, drugstores, etc.

grease clogs the pores what u should use is cocunut oil indians use it thats why our hair is long

nioxin has scalp therapy which helps to stimulate follicles. you can also do tesle high frequency treatments at a spa which also stimulate follicles
