It won't do your dog any harm. Dog's are pretty foul when it comes to things like this. If you are worried I would suggest consulting your vet to make sure your dog isn't suffering from any deficiencies in her diet.
Don't let her lick you though!
Here's some info I found:
If your dog eats the faeces from another animal it is more difficult to stop as you don't have any control over where the faeces are. Some people have found spiking faeces with chilli peppers or other unpalatable substances is enough to put their dog off for life. The only other alternative is training an alternative behaviour by preventing any successful eating and rewarding leaving the faeces. Also, while training you will need to stop him from ever being successful - he must not even get a small mouthful - which means training will need to take place initially on a lead.
Remember also that dogs are historically scavengers, and this is believed to be a scavenger behavior. This behavior is normal for a mother dog with pups. Patience is the key here. You are asking your dog to stop performing a natural and rewarding behaviour as far as your dog is concerned.

Dogs do this because they like it - cat poo is the dog equivalent of truffles! Sorry, not much help but just to say it is not poisonous, she won't come to any harm as long as both the dog & cat are wormed regularly.

Don't let the dog out when the cat is doing the toilet.Cats normally cover up their mess but if yours doesn't bury it yourself or pick it up and bin it.If you can't do this you shouldn't be keeping animals.

call her away, and give her a treat. put her on the lead, walk past the poo, and jerk the lead away when she goes to eat it, and give her a treat.
shell soon start comeing to you for a tasty treat instead of foul tasting poo.
don[t forget, they are animals!!!
