As I see it, the purpose of life is something wholly intersubjective and comes from the values one ascribes to your own life in conjuction to the values others ascribes onto your life as well.

Life has just as much meaning as you give it. what you put out is what you get back. Life is about spiritual growth,not living happily ever after.however when one attains unconditional love one is happy everafter.
but no, it has no religious purpose whatsoever.

No, the purpose of life is to serve God. I believe we are made to serve. But since you don't believe in God, your purpose in life is to serve yourself and do whatever you want with your life. You made yourself your own god.
