Well you will lose about 5lbs-8lbs. My own experience is from a two day fast and that is how much I lost. After the second day I was in such a mood I was pissing myself off - I needed to eat or I was going to hurt someone. As long as you do your fast correctly (ending it correctly is very important or you may do more harm than good) the health implications are minimal.

it is different for everybody; due to your daily exercise..current weight..previous intakes..etc..
though as others have stated its not healthy because then when you do eat your body will hold all the fat so you may feel good not eating those three days but infact your are going to get yourself in a circle.. which will then play games in your head and you will get yourself feelin down! trust me i have been there! i think if you are unhappy with yourself weight wise.. dont wait till tomorrow.. today go to the gym..have a really good work out then when you get home have a large glass of water, nice relaxing bath n maybe a piece of fruit (if u are used to eating a fair amount) do this everyday until you feel your mind is set on a serious routine..not eating for three days then eating n then starving yourslf agen is pathetic!.. goin the gym..cuttin out snacks all together and building a diet of only fruit veg salad and then meat once a week will def increase your self confidence and lose the pounds!

remember aswell.. all the lil things count..

like wlkin round to the shop instead of drivin..

a few stretches in the mornin...

etc etc

ALSO another key point.. dont focus too much on your weight.. occupy your mind and make the most of what you have!

sorry i have gone on so long.. lol its jus because i have been there and i know how irritating it is.

keep smiling x x x

You might lose some weight, but not all of it will come from fat. Some will be muscle. The less muscle you have, the lower your metabolism will be. So, after 3 days, with your new low metabolism, you will gain back all of the weight you lost, and probably more, since it will be much easier for you to gain weight from fat afterward.

1lb of fat is equal to 3500 calories. Let's say that you burn 1800 calories a day (the average). You would lose roughly 1.5 lbs in three days.

However, you're also drinking a lot of water, which would flush your system - we normally retain quite a bit of water. So, on a scale you might see a reduction as high as 3 to 4 lbs; but, that's not real. It would come back almost immediately once you stop fasting.

You may lose some, but then you would gain it back (plus some) really quickly as soon as you go back to your normal habits. This is a terrible idea. Just try to eat less than you normally would, and eat a healthier, more balanced diet and you will lose weight.

Don't even think of it.It might kill you.Losing weight should be done in correct and proper way and not by skipping food.
Limit your calorie intake to 2200 a day and have some exercise and in a few weeks time you will see your weight dropping without dropping the food.

I'm not sure how much weight you would lose...but it doesn't sound that healthy. Your body needs proper nutrition to function properly.

I used a unique cleansing system that cleanses your body from impurites. By using this program I released 48 lbs. and 88 1/2 inches. I have kept it off for 2 1/2 years.

You might lose several pounds, but it won't be pounds of fat, just pounds from starving yourself. This is unhealthy and the weight will come back as soon as you start eating again. It won't make your body any skinnier.

you might lose weight but its all water weight that fluctuates and is easy to gain and to lose. maybe a couple pounds.

if your body isnt getting calories or nutrients or whatever...your metabolism slows down as it uses up what you have stored. making it harder to get rid of calories.

the more you eat, the higher your metabolism. eat celery. burns calories instead of adding.

whatever you lost would end up being gained shortly after because most of it would be water.

that is not a good thing to do for weight loss...eating right and exercise is the trick

take care of yourself and eat right if you're worried about weight...quick fixes don't last
