I have never seen an MP3 file that had a virus or spyware, so you should be safe if that's all you download. I suggest using eMule Plus, it works the best that I have seen so far.

to tell you the truth almost inposible. as long as your on the internet you are open to virus atack. true you can have a protection program but there new virus every day. so i like lime wire. that what i use butt i dont always have it runing. and i dont share my data.
