Somebody scavenged a capacitor from my 7/1/2 hp motor.There are three individual capacitors on the exterior of this motor.My question to the group is this.Are all three capacitors identical on a single phase 7 1/2 hp motor?

Your best bet to answer this question is to take the information off of the plate that "should" be attached to the motor to an electrical supply store and ask them. The model number and who made the motor is the minimum information that you need.

Not necessarily. The three capacitors make the required starting capacitor for that motor.
