Decrease cardio and increase weight lifting.
However, being low on carbs actually inhibits glycolysis and causes people to be weaker so increasing carbohydrates would not hurt. That is why some of the strongest athletes pound for pound eat relatively high carb diets (i.e. rock climbers, powerlifters, gymnasts)

get into strength training, do not increase carbs but retail or increase proteins. Strength comes only from proteins.
