Hi, spiritual one. I hope you brace yourself for some of the answers you get when you ask questions about the subjects you're interested in. Put it up to ignorance in the matter. Try not to get upset and keep asking for what you seek.
I have not had a personal 'out-of-body' experience, but I do speak to spirits of deceased persons. They have informed me that Heaven, as man conceives it, does not exist. But the light of God is where spirits reside after they leave their human bodies.
Many people have 'died' on operating tables and come back to life telling of the light they saw. Some even tell how they saw their body on the operating table from a position higher in the room. At times some have recalled what the medical persons were saying about them having died.
If you know of such an experience, why not add that to your question. It might help educate some of the non-believers -- though I rather doubt it. Still, I have faith in the superior intelligence that lies in all humans, even though they suppress it, perhaps out of fear or past religious training. Fear of the unknown scares most people.

You can certainly die without being asleep. But you can't jump out of your body. What people has claimed to jump out of their body? I submit If anyone has jumped out of their body they wont be around to tell anyone about it.

Many scriptures attest that prophets have been able to see Heaven in their dreams. My believe is that if you desire to know about Heaven and God's plan that he will make that knowledge known to you when you are spiritually ready. Thus, we have to strive to follow Jesus' example to become like him in order to know the mysteries of God.

No. There are two reasons why: One, Heaven does not exist, and two, you can't 'jump out of your body'.
