I think you just need a cleaning! You should call your Hygienist and schedule an appointment! He/she should be able to take out all of your stains. If what you are looking for is to make your teeth whiter you should also talk to your hygienist. Some dental offices do whitening procedures that exceed any thing that you could do at home. Good luck

It sounds to me that you need to see a dental hygienst on a regular basis. They can remove the stains and give you advice on how to minimize the stains on your teeth. The other thing might be to reduce your coffee and tea consumption to a minimum or moderately. It sounds like you are drinking too much of coffee and/or tea.

yes, toothpaste , yes baking soda , but if you believe in cheap tricks , get used to mouthwash with peroxide 3% ,(if you live in the sates or canada go to a dollar store...) you keep your mouth infection free (bye canker sores) and say hell to a progresively whiter teeth , this is also useful when you have a sore throath as gargles , 3% is very low ,some like 5% ,higher starts stinging ,has no taste , if bubbles ...dont panic ,its working ......then after the mouthwash do the fancy toothpaste teeth wash .

I've used Crest White Strips before and thought they worked great! My dentist said that they are safe to use and the most effective method out there besides having your teeth professionally whitened. Good luck!

Peelu toothpaste from a health food store. It contains fiberous abrasives (very mild) and no peroxide, which makes enamel more porous. I use it and swear by it!
