First of all get a good nights sleep. Exercise, deep breathe and be positive about your test. For breakfast eat a bowl of cereal or oats with milk. Add some fresh chopped fruits like bananas, strawberries or peaches. Or eat whole fresh fruit like banana, apple, peach. Or just toast plain brown bread, spread some light butter and eat. Just a glass of banana milk shake is also healthy. You have so many options for breakfast. Don't hurry while eating keep ur mind stress free while eating. Say your prayers before leaving your house for the test. Deep breathing is good for ones body. Good Luck!!

I' d recommend a cup of cooked oatmeal in milk with a bit of cinnamon, a fruit , one egg and a 1/2 cup of milk. The reason why oatmeal keeps you full because of fiber. The fruit will help you keep alert and the egg is your protein and the milk will slow down your digestion to keep you full for a longer time. All this will avoid you to lose concentration in your exam due to hunger pains. The milk has calcium and that controls anxiety. So bon apetite, if your not allergic to any of those things.

Eat what you usually eat because you don't want to have an upset digestive track while you are trying to take a test.

Do bring some type of candy with you to consume right before the test. Sugar has been shown to increase your ability to think.

Egg or egg substitute, whole wheat toast with trans-fat free spread like Smart Balance, fruit spread, and low-fat milk or old fashioned oatmeal with either blueberries or strawberries and milk and a couple of slices of turkey bacon. You need a little protein, one or two whole grain carbs, fruit, and dairy. I definitely would NOT load up on sugary cereals or donuts.

Bacon and eggs. Avoid too many carbs as they can make you sleepy. Eggs are brain food and bacon has protein. You'll be at a desk thinking, not on the track running.
