Cut out fast food, sugary foods, and begin to eat healthy foods such as vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and fruits.

And since you dont have any equiptment try this workout... it burns 150 calories per every 15 minutes

0:00–2:00 Jumping Jacks Maintain a fast, rhythmic pace with arms almost touching overhead.

2:00–4:00 Run in Place Bend elbows and pump arms front to back while reaching your knees up to your abs, accentuating leg movements as you run

4:00–5:00 Squat Jumps From a standing position, lower knees 90 degrees into a squat, keeping arms parallel to chest.

From the bottom of the squat, jump up 4 to 6 inches.

Land softly with knees bent; repeat.

5:00–7:00 Jumping Jacks
7:00–9:00 Run in Place
9:00–10:00 Squat Jumps
10:00–12:00 Jumping Jacks
12:00–15:00 Run in Place Gradually slow to cool down.

Well first think if ur weight is healthy right now..for ur height that is. Check it up on a BMI calculator..go to www.google.ca then type BMI ...it'll give u a couple sources. Now if u want to lose weight make small goals for ur self. Don't make huge goals that u'll eventually get board of the idea of losing weight. Run around the block every night....or run to the nearest park. If not running walk for an hour every night. Remember its not what u eat..its how much u eat!!!!! If u eat 1 scoop of ice cream every night...cut it down to 1/2 a scoop of ice cream every OTHER night. Make fruit salads as snaks..fresh fruit salads not the ones that come in plastic cups! Well hopefully this answer was helpful...good luck :)

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing impurities from your body. You get impurities from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The impurites get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the impurites. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! Jog around your neighborhood or find a local park where you can run or something. To lose weight quickly you'll need lots of cardio. Then I would also suggest some good old sit-ups, push-ups, lunges, etc. There are planty of things you can do without belonging to a gym. Good luck! It's good to hear someone wanting to actually lose weight the right way and work for it rather than just starve themselves or find some miracle pill. Way to go!

I am currently on a diet myself and have done a lot of research on how to lose weight without exercising, mainly because I don't like to. For every 3,500 calories that you can burn off or not consume, you will lose about 1 pound. Your body naturally burns a lot of calories per day on its own, just due to blood pumping, heart beating, etc. In order to find out how much your body burns per day at a resting state, multiply your body weight x 12. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, then you multiply 150 x 12=1,800 calories. If you can limit yourself to only consuming 1,000 calories per day, you can lose one pound every 4 to 5 days (based on the weight of 150) because you are eliminating 800 calories per day from your diet . (3,500 calories/ 800 not consumed per day= about 4.5 days to burn 1 pound). I have lost about 13 pounds so far using this, so just make sure to count your calories and you should be set!

Just drink lots of water and walk briskly for at least 30 mins (non-stop) - this should get you sweating a bit - if it doesn't then you can lightly jog.
