If your hair really has no body, I would suggest going to the hair salon and getting a more volumizing hair cut. They can create layers in your hair that make it less flat. Also, ask your hairstylist's opinion about what volumizing shampoo that really works. They usually have hair products at the salon that aren't too expensive and work really well.

If you have layered hair, volumizing shampoo's, spray etc. work better, so i'd opt for one of those if its volume yo want. I would also reccomen sunsilks, anti-flat creme, you put it in your hair while wet and it dries bouncy and full of volume, good luck and good bye

Use sunsilk anti-flat shampoo and conditioner. It comes in a yellow bottle. Before you style your hair, use sunsilk's anti-flat volumizing creme. It works great.
