Try in the local Yellow Pages under "Security" or "Security Guard."

Before you apply, I would suggest you contact your local Labour Board and see how much work in employee complaints each company generates for the board. (The company I used to work with generated so many Contract, Labour Code, etc grievences against it, that the Labour Board was processing 40 HOURS of paperwork EVERY week for just that one company! When the guards finally Unionised, the Labour Board was able to retire/reassign one full-time employee to more pressing issues.)

try First Alarm you dont need to carry a firearm but I think First Alarm is only within California Bay Area.. They might be nationwide though try them...
