nadia, God does judge. Revelation says that all will be judged by Him.

As for what Jesus was doing. He was teaching, by saying that a good man brings up good things stored in him, and an evil man brings up evil things stored in him. He was also judging the Pharisees by saying that they had evil hearts bc they were saying evil things. Jesus, however, is God and so is able to judge hearts, whereas humans aren't.

Jesus was preaching & teaching. The Pharasiees were trying to say that no wonder He could cast out demons because He was one of them. Jesus was a bit angry that they even thought such a thing and was telling them that they were like vipers and what was in their heart was what was coming out of their mouth.

Matt 12: 34-50 goes in to two completely different context of Scripture... One, He is teaching about clean and unclean things and then the "Sign" of Jonah... so I'm not sure what you're looking for...

He was stating fact.

He was addressing this primarily to the religious leaders. He had just performed a miracle and they asked for a sign.

They didn't believe who he was. This generation is no different - even the religious who claim Jesus do not necessarily know Jesus.
