You should tell him, but first assess the situation. Is he a good friend to you or someone close to you? Would telling him your feelings jeopardize your friendship with him?
If there is a risk you have to make sure you go about it carefully & use your judgement as to when is a good time to start to let him know. Be subtle about it at first and then let him know. Maybe ask him if he wants to go out somewhere & be honest with him.
You should let him know, though. Keeping your emotions inside can cause problems. It's mind bottling..... You know.... when your thoughts are all trapped in your mind... like they're in a bottle!

If you run up to him and tell him that you love him, he will probably run away. Seriously. That is, unless you have some kind of unspoken 'thing' with him.
If he really is clueless, or if he really doesn't know you, then I would take it slowly. Get to know him better, and let him get to know you. Gradually let your feelings be known. If he is interested, he will let you know.

you shold show off or tell him to let him know if you don't tell him if one day now time he is leaving you will not have any chance to tell a person you love.
so i, i love him as long long time but i know he is onterested in me, but i frighten to get near him, i am worried to get close to him. but many time i try to show off to let him know but not really rarely. he think i don't love him, he always think i never like him, but in truth i love him so much.
one day he was leaving i ignore him, pretending don't care him. he left me without say good bye. i am hurt i have no chance to let him know that i love him. but if i tell him, he might accept me to be his love. but i didn't, i did not...
i am hurt so much...
if you love him what is best juct only tell him, better than in the end you never have dhace to tell him , never ever tell him in your life

mak sure he loves you too first then tell him...
you don't want to hear " oh dat's so sweet honey!!"
if there's no sign dat he loves you back you can talk to him about it afterwards... but don't tell him right away
you can also tell him by your emotions and how you look at him... he'll know

Let him know, flirt with him, try to spend time with him, in time if he notices he might make a move or do it yourself, men are easy :) good luck!!
