Hello guyz i have a question in my mind that i am using ps2 original games.and if i use a pc emulator is it safe? means i heard that it is crime using PS2 emulators...

Sorry buddy but no ps2 emulator exist that can play commerical games. Even if one recenly has come out it will be so buggy it will be almost worthless.
No crime to use an emulator, its a crime to play the games illegally. Meaning you made copies of your friends and are keeping it as your own or downloaded the rom (which would be insane cause were talking 3+ gigs per game)
That goes for all systems though.

It's not a crime if you own the original copies of the games. But, good luck finding a good PS2 emulator, I haven't found a really good one yet.
