Someone performed the "Heimlcih Maneuver" on me over a month ago. I thought my ribs were the problem but a friend told me I might have a bruised spleen.

If you have not seen a doctor, it is essential that you do so. You need to know for sure if your spleen is bruised and not just take a friend's word for it. If you have a bruised spleen, you are at risk for a rupture as well as other complications. The spleen has an abundant blood supply so usually heals very rapidly. Let's face it, a month is not rapid. You need to see a doctor to determine exactly what is going on and why you still have pain more than a month after the Heimlich Maneuver.
