I'd suggest a small breed. I wouldn't want a larger breed (Lab, Golden R, etc) because the larger breed puppy is the same size as your JRT, and Puppy will only get bigger! Dogs play rough, and you don't want Junior to accidentally hurt your other dogs.
A smaller-breed mutt would be a great idea- Shi Tsu, mini Poodle, Chihuahua, Pom, Toy Fox Terrier.... There's lots of small breeds. I think anything that will be under 25 pounds as an adult would work just fine.
BTW- do you know the proper way to introduce a new dog to your current canine family?... on neutral territory... When you go to pick up the new dog, take your other two to a park, and bring Baby in a separate car, if possible. Then have the dogs sniff noses, etc. Give them a while (30 minutes to an hour) to get aquainted, then bring all 3 animals home in the same vehicle. This way, it's, "A new friend is coming home with us," rather than "Who's the new guy, the invader?"
Best of luck!
Another BTW- Do you know of anyone with a AusieShepherd/Lab they want to get rid of? Mine died a few months ago- she was the awesomest dog ever, and I'm in the market for another!

I agree with a golden because they are loving and barley ever get into fights. Yes I think that buying a dog from a shelter would be great but sometimes if you already have two pets the new dog might feel threatened so that MIGHT not be a great idea. Before you get a dog make sure that the other two dogs are fine with that breed. Good Luck!
