I am sorry to hear about how badly she treated you. She humiliated you basically.
As to whether you can stay and work with her, well, how do you feel about that? If you are not comfortable, stay on and work for now but start finding another job. Quit when you have found another job. Otherwise, if you think you don't mind working for her, continue and see if her treatment of you improves. If not, well, quit when you have found another job.

Basically a person has to respect another. And she doesn't respect her employees if she treats them that way. No matter what mistakes an worker does, you just don't spank or hit them.
