See a person I love is total whether she has sizeable breast or not and therefore the breast implants she gets are insignificant to me. Ofcourse I would not disapoint her if she does and simply state that oh thats good.

of course we would be turned off. we men hate big beautiful breasts so much we cant stand to look anywhere else.

my wife does not need them but i would have to say no, unless you wanted them too big were it just looks plain un-naturally gross.
