He just worked a miracle in my life. I'd love to hear your story.

I stay at home with our two young girls, but we have struggled with our finances for years because of my husbands spending. Anything extra in a paycheck would go to him, he put our account into overdraft often, and couldn't have cared less about a budget or paying bills on time. I've been praying and asked for the prayers of my growth group Wednesday night. Yesterday, he came home from work with this new enthusiasm about saving money..."I want to pay our family first", he said. He was actually interested in talking about our budget to see how much we could cut back to save. I know in the grand scheme of things it's tiny, but I'm thrilled with the attention he's finally giving this. We might get into a house after all. We are going to a good sense money course next week and he's looking forward to it now. Thank God for miracles...however big or small!!!!

Can i ask what he did? Because most testimonies are so good! I will share my story. My parents have been praying and believe that we need to move to another town, they have been in that town for nearly 2 months now, and they have had so many poeple who just randomly come up and give them money, because the Lord told them to! They left with little money, enough for about a weeks worth, but God has just kept providing for them! It has turned out that they need to be alone to clean some things up, so me and my 7 yr old sister have been living by ourselves. I earn about $100 Australian a week, so its not exactly much to live on, but God has been helping us so much, i have all of a sudden met all these people who have been there for moral support, and physical support! I am 16, so im not really cut out to be raising a little girl.
Also my father has smoked since he was my age, he hates it so much! He has tried quitting so many times, but no luck! Since he has been up there he hasn't smoked a single Cigarette, Praise the Lord! This is what i am most happy for, because it gave him so much Joy!
What can i say, God is good! His got his hand on us, and i completely trust him, and will follow him where ever he calls me! Hope my story was a good one, i could share many more, but i thought this one would be the best, because it is a miracle in work!
God bless sister

Well, i am 16 and i grew up without a mother and a father figure. My father was in and out of my life and always being women around me and what not. Well, he married a woman who was muslim and he was a christian. He did her very wrong, but through the process she and I became very close, she became like a mother figure. She has taught so much. I am very grateful, because some teens who didn't have parents revert to doing drugs, sex, or a life full of crime. But, im not i am on way to college and i can't wait to see what God has for me.

By not doing so.

Convenient, isn't it?

When things go right in your life, do you always attribute it to your god? ... Might you be denying yourself some credit when you can actually make things work out, even just by state of mind?
Do you attribute those aspects of your life that you do not approve of to your god as well? Do you blame him for them, or blame yourself for them? Do you merely accept them instead, and claim that it is god's reasoning that you don't understand?

But this isn't my place to be asking questions... rather to be answering them.

I did not pray... and god did not answer, nor exist..... and by so not-doing, he has given me the godless peace I wanted. Perhaps I should thank him for not existing, but that would be a little paradoxical, wouldn't it?

Yes. And I'd love to hear yours too.

Too many answers to possibly list them all. God took away the all the time, everyday pain I had in my knees. Earlier this month I didn't have the money for my school books and someone paid for them for me.

I found that I am better than God, I can answer my own "asking" and still get the same satisfying results because I didn't have to rely on waiting for someone else.

There has been so much GOD has given, I couldn't name everything here. I just know that everyday I am living, GOD has performed a miracle. Thank you and may GOD bless.

I've gotten miracles, and I don't even believe in God.
Forgive me, but I don't think the big guy upstairs has anything to do with me life.

God has worked many miracles in my life, from little ones like helping me find things to big ones like keeping my little brother from blindness. I see his hand working in my life every day, bringing little blessings and teaching me about Him.
But I want to know what he did in your life, too. Whatever it is, praise God!!!

where do I start????

He answers prayers all the time...

the biggest one was when my son called saying that my husband had radio'd him saying that his engine quit on his airplane and he was going to crash and we needed to come look for him! I grabbed my teenage daughter and son... told them to hit their knees and pray until we found him... I got in the car and drove to the area we knew he was in.... called my friends who pray on my cell phone on the way.... prayer chains went out immediately.... we looked for about 45 minutes, driving and searching for the plane.... and then my husband called the cell phone and said, I am 'here' at this farm house, come pick me up. He had crashed, going 160mph into trees.. the plane was destroyed... and yet, God allowed him to walk away without a single scratch (see picture linked below)

never did it occur to me this time around to call emergency crews or the sheriff or anyone... we only called upon God.. and by Faith, He answered our prayers even beyond our imagination.

I don't believe in God, so to answer within your paradigm, I guess I'd have to say his response was always "I don't have time for you." The one time he could have made a difference, he said "No."
