Just avoid him.
Why do you care how much he is talking?
Just laugh in his face every time you see him.

You always have the right to self defense. A lot of the prior advice is to kiss his @$$ but you don't have to. Just make sure that if he does try something you don't get suckered into it. Make sure if he tries to square off with you it is in front of a lot of witnesses who will attest that he went after you.
A lot of factors are taken into account in an assault case. Age is just one of them. He may be bigger than you and that counts. He could be a boxer/martial artist/wrestler and that too is a factor. Think of it this way, a High School football player cant just go up to a 25 year old woman and punch her because he is a minor.
If he challenges you to a fight in front of a bunch of people and comes after you and you do fight him then it falls under the "mutual combat" clause of the assault statutes. Remember too that once someone is on the ground or no longer defensible you cannot hit them again. Walk away.
Just be sure you are only defending yourself and that you have witnesses. it can be charged as a felony if you aren't careful. Best to try to avoid the whole situation but you always have the right to self defense.

If he poses a real threat then avoid him in all manner possible. Kill him with kindness and he'll have no other choice but to back off. You also have to remember that you both are on two different mind sets and you maintain yours because violence truly gets you no were. If you want some encouragement, email me and I'll tell you my story. But if you do explain to me evrything that is going on, including how you met.

Try staying away from him. But if he dos get physical, all bets are off. You have a right to defend you're self. Even if you don't kick his butt, chances are he will never bother you again.
Been there. did that.

Well, you are supposed to be an adult. How do you think an adult would handle a 15 year old kid. Think about it and decide what you should do.

Pop into your local police station and give them all the info you can re this youngster and his drug habits - any info given is treated in strict confidence - and it might just get this loser and his dealers off the streets.
