I have never seen any that looked good. They always look fake and hard. I dont know anybody that thinks they look good. Guys prefer natural, no matter what the size.

Breasts don't make the woman. With all the proof that implants are dangerous and can cause illnesses and other things, why would anyone deliberately do that? I say no surgery unless it's going to save my life, no facelift, no breast augmentation, no tummy tuck. Ask your doctor if there is anything else (exercise, or something) that can be done to enhance your breast or just wear padded bras for goodness sake, don't subject yourself to possible harm on purpose. They do not change anything about how I think about a person.
The value is the person - her mind, her personality, etc.

I wouldn't personally but it's up to each individual. Some guys like them, alot don't. I think women have what they have so why change it?

I'm a guy and I despise them. I much prefer the real thing, regardless of size.

Don't do them. I think they do more harm then good.
If you're doing them to get a guy, ask him how he feels about them (no pun intended).
If he says 'yeah, go for it' - find a different guy!
Any guy that loves you will love you as you are.

If done right and by the right doctor they can loog good. I have seen some really bad ones and bad work by doctors.
If it makes you feel better about yourself and your looks - go for it...........guys like them too - the bigger the better - but do not go crazy on size - too big for the rest of your body looks stupid.
