GNC MSM 1500 mg
$18.99 for 120 day supply
(Methylsulfonylmethane. It's a food that comes from the ocean, is water soluble, and is not a drug, or a food additive. It is present in a variety of foods, including most fresh raw fruits and green vegetables, milk, meat, seafood, and some grains. MSM is required for healthy collagen and keratin which are essential for healthy hair, skin and nails. It makes your hair grow back even faster.)

GNC Concentrated Fish Body Oils
$11.99 for 60 day supply
http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2133509&cp&sr=1&origkw=fish+body+oils&kw=fish+body+oils&parentPage=search

I take the first one (the program with the 3 bottles), MSM, and Fish Oils. My hair grows super fast and strong (2-3 inches a month!)

Note: If you don't want to take the above multivitamin and only want the Biotin (the vitamin you want), make sure you take some kind of multivitamin without Biotin in conjunction with the GNC 2500 mcg of Biotin. It won't work unless it's supplemented by other neccessary vitamins.

If its been a while since you've had your hair trimmed, you may want to start doing that every 3 months or so. Doing this gets rid of split ends and your hair will look more healthy. If your hair is growing more slowly than usual, when you shampoo your hair, spend a little extra time massaging your scalp. This may promote hair growth. If you are not getting enough protein in your diet this can also have an effect on your hair. Good Luck!

by appling henna to your hair in every 15 days , that will nourish your hair and give your hair the good look and help it to grow without letting split ends that damage your hair. If you don't want the reddish tint of henna, try using neutral henna. It's a great conditioner and also has amla, brahmi and jatamansi, all rich in protein
With the neutral henna you just have to mix it with tap water, this should be used as often as possible. If there are any skin problems on your scalp the henna or neutral henna will both help fight it. when u wash the henna wash it out with a cocunut shampooThe last idea I have would be to take coconut oil and massage your head with it every night. once a week b4 u shampoo hair do a hotoil massage with cocunut oil and wash it off with shikakai powder. do this and within 4 months ur hair will be healthy

Have you had it trimmed lately? If the ends are really dead then your hair will not grow nearly as fast, but rather split and break off.

Go see your doctor. You probably have a vitamin deficiency. Biotin and protein are two among many other vitamins essential to healthy hair.
