The dog has only been here for approx 24hrs, while he is already showing signs of relaxing he has begun to mark his territory. (Both dogs are neutered) I understand why, however is there something I can do to stop this? I dont want to purchase any solutions or chemicals, if anyone has a recipe for a spray thats homemade or any ideas I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Vinegar and water does not work well and your house will smell like a salad.
Get a bottle of odor neuterilizer and mix that up. It will remove the dog unrine smell and is safe to use around pets.
They will still mark territory and since they are both males be glad that is the only problem you are having. Be glad they are not trying to kill each other. Same sex aggression is common in terriers and some will not live with another member of the same sex in the same house.
Good luck.

I had purchased some spray from the dollar store - or else try the old standby - vinegar and water in a spray bottle. Good luck!
