since your computer company updates their computer to the new software, it would be easier for them to help you instead of going back and using an older version and it taking more time. When your computer has a problem, it asks you if you want to complain about it, and send a message to microsoft or whichever what. Your computer will be easy to upgrade using the new software. I am sticking with windows xp, I'm not going through a whole terrible thing with vista.
