they are trying to be careful, they want you to pay attention to them but they dont want to seem too weird or let you know that they like you.
Sometimes they are just shy or afraid. Talk to them alot, and they will open up, and then it wont be so awkward.

They act weird around you because they don't feel; comfortable acting like they usually do around their boys. When it comes to liking someone sometimes they just don't know how to act.

well i lost my gf cuz of this exact thing i was to scared that she wouldnt like me if i tried to be funny and be myself even though most girls like me for just that. well she told me it was over and i tried to change her mind but she said we didnt have the connection. dont dump him cuz he acts weird around u just ask him if he is acting like himself or tell him to open up a bit and that ur not gonna dump him. if my gf would of saved me but she didnt she just left me. i convinced her to give me one more date in a two months to let me show her that she can like me. well what im gettin around to is just tell the guy to calm down and take him aside if he really likes you he will be really quiet till u talk to him.
