As near as I can gather that is the postcode for the Kingston Gymnastics and Fitness Centre in Winchester Circle, Kingston, north of Milton Keynes.
Trains would be from Luton to Bedford and then change to Milton Keynes Central (or Wolverton if it stops there) from whence I guess you'd have to get a local bus to Kingston or walk. I should imagine coach would be easier and more direct though - there is a direct hourly bus service between Luton and Milton Keynes operated by Stagecoach on behalf of Virgin trains (route VT99 - timetable link here: http://www.stagecoachbus.com/timetables/VT99BED150107WEB.pdf) which appears to pass reasonably close to Kingston within walking distance.
