My coach tells our team to imagine the ball going over the net and it will and to belive you can do it... dnt put yourself down..
* Ive learned form experience when underhand serving it will be more accurate if you hit it with the top of your hand when its in a fist instead of sideways.. and also that where your hand ends up that will be where it will land.. and to move across the serving line
*Bumping, setting and spiking!-when your doing these three hits make sure you move around the court.. but if it goes in someone else position let them hit it,because its not always going to go over and it may go in your spot and if u r off somewhere else on the court then you wont be able to get... and if the team is alll up in a bunch most likely the oppoiste team will hit in the back where noone is! well hope this helps

Volleyball is a skill sport. It takes a very long time to develop enough skills to get involved in the volleyball community or get on a team. If you're in school, see if you can practice with the team. Depending on where you live, there are usually some clinics or pick up games. It's important that you take it slowly and learn how to play right. Or else, you'll end up never getting better. As tempting as it is, refrain from trying to hit all the time and practice passing and setting. It'll pay off later.

they're evaluations, and it genuine is set by employing what you're looking at for in a activity. volleyball and soccer are thoroughly according to teamwork, even inspite of the indisputable fact that guy or woman skill stages could have an consequence on the group's performance. badminton, tennis, and wrestling are guy or woman skill. i do in contrast to baseball provided that just about each and all the sport continues to be to be. gamers sitting on a bench. human beings status in the outfield. a guy guarding a base. wow so exciting.
