I need help writing a letter to parents explaining to them that I am a student teacher that attends _________________. That I will be working with their child for the next two month. I need permission to take photographs of their child participating in student-led activities.

As part of my training, I am required to take pictures of my student teaching experience and include them in my final evaluation. The pictures will be seen by my college professor and by other student teachers in my class. The children's names will not be used with the photographs. Please check one of the following and return this form to school by________ _____You may use my child's photo. _____You may not use my child's photo. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, You should mail the form to the parents since you can't rely on students hand-delivering forms like this. If you don't get a form back, then you should not take pictures of that child.
