If it is rape, there is no limitations. However, if it is something like someone grabbing another's breasts or *** without permission, then the court will probably not do anything.
There are many levels of criminal sexual conduct. Your questions needs to be more clear.

Good question! Felony crimes have NO limitations. Misdemeaner charges have 1 yr, 2yr & in some states 7. Call legal aid in your county & ask one of them. GL
