Well, you made your move (good for you). She said there's someone, so that's basically a no. You may have caused a stir in her mind where she's not sure what she wants. But basically all you can do is sit back and let her decide what she wants.

maybe she felt guilty in lying to you about she being committed. Or maybe she was just so shy that she wasn't able to say the same to you.Cause what's the point in telling you she has someone else already then tell you it's not true if she doesn't like you. Try your luck again. Girls, whne they don't like a guy tell everything that will make the guy fly away. So, i don't see a point in telling someone that you just lied about what you said,other than you were so shy to admit you felt the same too.
