Is there a way to slow or reverse gray hair?

I'm just curious if it's possible to slow or reverse gray/white hair?

I'm not so much insecure about it, they just look a tad out of place. I'm wondering if there might be something lacking in my diet that would make it easier for the hair to go gray?

Also I've had some return to brown after a while, so does anyone know what's going on there?

No, unfortunately. Unless you color, or highlight. They can't return to brown, but when you get a shorter haircut, they do end up looking less noticeable.

None whatsoever. It's hereditary for the most part, and there are some environmental factors involved as well. But no drugs or diet can slow down your hair graying. Sorry. The only thing you can do is cover it up (Just for Men).

hey, whilst i became into 34 i became into very almost bald! count extensive kind your advantages. of direction, once I have been given divorced, maximum of it grew back. besides, use purely for adult men hair shade. They make it for hair and for facial hair. i've got used it on my goatee for 5 or 6 years. It does the trick and it is not costly.

If you are a man: shave your head! The graywill not show.

Or, both men and women color their hair. It is easy and trying new colors can be fun.

My best answer would be hair dye. i recommend getting done at asalon and not trying it at home.
