Relax...meditate if ya can. I usually lay on my bed with no lights on, no noise and a warm wash cloth covering my eyes. I take deep breaths and just let myself relax for about 15-20 minutes. This really helps me out! Lavender scented candles or incense work well with this too. You can also do this in a warm relaxing bath. Hope this helps!

Sounds like you might have vision problems, do you get the headaches at any other time? If not, you should see an eye doctor. But either way, try holding a cold compress over your forhead, or try holding one on the back of your neck, the cold shrinks the blood vessels and will therefor reduce the pressure that is causing your headache.

Massage helps me.... back, neck, shoulders, jaws, temples (lightly). However, my headaches seem to be caused by my back and neck issues, so this may not work for you. See a doctor though, maybe if you can pinpoint what is causing them you can figure out the best way to treat them. Good luck!

You need to see your doctor for evaluation! There are many causes like neck injuries and more serious like aneurysms. I would definitely get checked out if they are that severe!
