Put the pigeon in a pie. But I don't hold much hope for your revival.

Is this a joke?
Also what are you doing playing around with a dead pigeon?
Oh, and in answer to your question I would say the chances are pretty much zero.

The stupidity of your question over whelms me. First of all, its probably bled out, the tend to do that pretty quick wheen you tear their head off. next...there is absolutely no brain stem telling its heart to beat or anythin g elss. Thro rthe thing in the garbage dont eat it just get rid of it some how

Unless you are a direct desendant of Doctor Frankenstein and have an MA in re-animation or are a secret practicioner of voodoo or some other obscure caribbean black art, I'd say your chances are pretty slim.
