In my country hijab has been banned in schools, universities and government areas, i'm a Muslim but can't follow the teachings of my religion as i want to.

So don't you think it's an oppression too?

Yes I think it is. They should lean on banning clothes that have too much exposure to it and not the other way around!

yes sister its an oppression,freedom of religion is basic right of humen.its shamfull thing if a Govt banned religiouse activties which are not harmfull.Religion and Politics must not b mixed.freedom of religion must given to every citizen of a country.

Yes, I think it is. If a law was passed to keep people from wearing a cross, there'd be riots in the streets.
