The central nervous system is limited to the brain and brain stem. There are potentially many but one that often affects driving is a seizure disorder (aka epilespy). Good luck.

A disease of the central nervous system can affect muscle control as well as nerves. This could cause tremors, paralysis, or limpness, numbness, stiffness, rigidity, or tingling. If your doctor suspects that you may have a central nervous disorder, it would be best to get checked out. By not getting checked out, you could be putting yourself at risk for injury and jeopardizing other people's well-being when driving. You may not realize it, but you could be exhibiting a slow reaction time which would not be a good thing if you are driving an automobile--this could result in an auto accident. Be sure to have yourself checked out to protect yourself as well as others. Good Luck.

If your license is on the line, you really don't want to rely on Y!Answers. Get a doctor to explain what that means, and then get a few different doctors to recommend a new doctor to you.
