Ok...There's this girl, who I have known since I was about 5. I am now 17 and she is 16. Her brother and I were best friends, Her brother got married so me and her started hanging out, we've gotten really close. We talk about everything, were not in any kind of relationships, we both talk to other people she tells me about her guy friends and how she Hates Relationships, but the thing is I really like her more than a friend, and Im sure she knows this. I would love to be in a relationship with her, but I never even attempted to ask, because of what she said about relationships. Its weird b/c we talked about having sex with each other but it just never happened. We hang out alot but knowone is making any moves, and I really would hate to get rejected by her, b/c I dont want to ruin our friendship. She means alot to me Can anyone help, or give me some kind of tips & advice. What should I do??

I wouldn't say too much about it right now. It sounds like she is not quite ready to be in a relationship right now and like you said you don't want to lose her friendship. Give it some time, keep hanging out with her and while you are together pay close attention to the way she acts toward you. Does she behave like she could see you as more of a friend? Pay attention to the things she says when you are talking to her. I would just wait until the time is right to pursue a relationship with her. If it's meant to happen you will know when that time comes.

Here's the deal... she might not think the idea of relationships is good, but she might really like you...
Rule 1, play it cool...don't get all nervous/antsy... just relax into it...
It may be that she likes you, but doesn't want to put a label on your relationship. Some people just hate the label and the expectations...
My advice to you for your next action would be to try to hang out with her in a date-like situation without calling it a date a few times... go to the movies and such... then maybe rent a movie and watch it together... don't chit-chat a whole lot during the movie if you can help it, and if the atmosphere is right... kiss her.
Don't talk about your relationship with her until you've kissed her on several occasions.
That's how I run my game and it works pretty good (I always get dumped between 8 months and 2 years later tho)

When you two are alone try to let her know how you feel about her and that you care for her and over the years you see her more than a friend and would like to have a relationship with her. Even though she had some rough relationships with guys in the past that you aren't like those other guys and you just want a chance with her. Then see what she says. Good Luck!! :]

Just go for it. She most likely feels the same way about you. Give her a hug next time you are hanging out and see what happens. If she doesn't move away from you, it means that she really doesn't want you to let go. However, if she does move, it doesn't mean that she doesn't want you, it just means that it caught her off guard. If she really pulls away from you, then it means that she just wants to be friends.

tell her how you feel about her. tell her she doenst have to work on a relationship just try to date first and see how it goes and let her know that if its going to ruin your friendship you would rather keep her as a friend and she probally will be really open about the idea

like oh my god!!!in a some moment i though u are the same guy I'm having this issue with hhim,posting for help!!!i feel you man!!what u are going through is the same thing with me!!!but in my case im the girl!!!!i mean me and my AS WE SAY guy friend having this thing!!!we always talk about our relation ships with others!!!but i feel that he wants us to get more in!!same thing i want!!!but i am scared to loose him,i mean if we haven't succeeded with the boy friend girl friend thing!!!!but i haven't really thought about him until he had this deep relation ship with a girl!!and know I'm like feeling down and sad that he might tried in the past to make me his but i was like acting as if i am not getting what he is throwing to!!!!!listen i need help as well!!!i want to know what shall i do??now we are trying to talk about it,but i don't wanna ruin his relation with his girl!!!i am not the kind of people who do that!!!but he still tries telling me that if i only try(with out saying the L word)....so what i want you to do is try throwing some hints and see if she was OK with it!!!!i haven't thought about him until he came and told me that i mean more that i think to him!!he told me all what he felt towards me with out saying the L word!!!!and since then I'm falling in to him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!tell me what you will do and what shall i do !!!good luck man!i feel you...

well lets say their was a party and you needed a date, would she say yes if you asked her to be your date? invent stuff and take it from their if she responds or gives you any signs she feels the same then make a move :)
