My husband does not like veggies. He will only eat corn on the cob and potatos , and he'll eat some fruits, but I need some dinner recipes. He likes beef, chicken, and fish and he likes pastas. He also likes pizza and foods like hot pockets with pizza inside.

Man some people are just rude. I don't treat my husband like a child, theres just some foods he doesn't like, just like anyone else, so please don't put down rude comments, I just wanted some simple recipes, not to be critizized! (He deserves a good meal every night, he works very hard every day to support our house hold!

I almost thought you were talking about my husband for a minute. I mean they are identical!!!!
Here's a list of some common meals at our house...
Hamburgers
Hamburger steak
chicken fried steak
grilled chicken
shake n bake chicken
marinated grilled catfish (on the george foreman grill)
bbq briskette
chicken parmesan (similar to pizza & cheesy )
pork chops (grilled, breaded, or baked)
tacos
enchiladas
nachos
meatloaf
I usually pair these with some sort of potatoe, I try to mix it up with mashed, or just cook cubed potatoes to just barely soft and drain and put butter on them, french fries. Oh yeah and we'll have baked potatoes with all the fixings sometimes.
We also do corn on the cob and I make black eyed peas and pinto beans a lot. Since there are so few veggies I try to make these as healthy as possible with low fat ingredients, lower fat meats and sauces.
We've been married a year and I have just gotten a stock menu of things that we both like.
Lasagna and different pastas are really good, I like recipezaar.com and allrecipes.com, you can look up your type of meat and then scan recipes and some you can delete the veggies in them to suit him.
Good luck!!

I know how you feel.....my husband is the same way, and I feel the same way that you do. Here are some ideas: spaghetti and meatballs w/garlic bread, anything off of the grill (steaks, hamburgers porkchops) served with baked potatoes or mac and cheese, the also have rice stuff that has cheese on it and maybe some broccoli it is in smaller pieces and he could pick it out (that's what mine does) , chicken tacos, grill some chicken add some provolone cheese and a little spaghetti sauce, have cube steak and serve with rice and gravy, take round steak and serve with rice or mashed potatoes and gravy, grilled ham and cheese and fries, bake fish and serve with a side, make pizza on english muffins, just a few ideas that we serve around here, and if you wanted a veggie you could always fix you something different on the side......he doesn't even have to look at it......(even though I always try and get my husband to eat some, he never gives in) Good Luck and happy cooking........

I have the same problem at home.
I try and make things like bbq pork chops, I make mashed St. Patty's day mashed potatoes. Make mashed potatoes like you normally would. In a seperate pot cook spinach and then when finished strain and put in the blender, and blend well. Then mix this with the mashed potatoes. This tastes just like regular mash.

Lasangna, Baked Ziti...you can try and sneak some veggies in here. I do this alot b/c I like veggies and no one else can really tell there are veggies in this. Chop them up real fine and sautee before adding to Lasagna.

You can also make different types of bean, chili, tacos, does he like salads?

I agree he needs to learn to cook, but here is a very easy chicken recipe that is very gooooood!

Crockpot Chicken

Ingredients:

1 whole roasting chicken, 3-4 lbs.
1/4 cup of your favorite salad dressing
Salt and Pepper to taste

Prep:
Rub chicken with salad dressing, inside and out, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Put the whole chicken in a 4-5 quart crockpot, cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours (3-4 on high), until chicken is very tender.

you need to invest in a great italian cook book! sounds like he'd eat their recipes. they have cheese, cream, pasta and beef, chickn and seafood. then you can make a side of veggies for you and your kids to eat (if you have kids) and even have a side salad. good luck!
