how do you get someone to open up with out sonding despreat or naggign or crazy. She has asked me this a million times i dont know how to answer that

It's hard to say How to get someone that is private to open
up, when you don't know for certain why they are acting
this way. Sometimes it takes a little time for some to 'warm
up' to another person, before they become comfortable
to converse openly, which you could probably call 'shy'.
The person could possibly have a social stigma. Probably
the best thing is to just give it some time, and listen well
to responses' during conversation. I don't know if this was of any help, I hope so.

he will not come around, if he does he will show
an interest and be there, and then they can talk
and become friends first, how old is your friend...
