Do you recommend drinking Ensure or Boost?

Sometimes I find myself so busy throughout the day that I don't have time to stop and eat lunch or dinner. Is Ensure or Boost a good meal substitute when you're just always on the go?

I have tried both and neither I thought tasted good. Instead I drink a french vanilla shake from Slim Fast.

It definitely helps to drink one of those meal substitutes when you're on the go.

i tried drinking that and ended up anerexic, but make sure you eat...i liked ensure better, it tasted so good....mmmm
