God said in His word to "Be seperate...and come out from among them"
You cannot worship both God & mammon. Darkness cannot coexist with light. When the light comes in (Christ), the darkness (evil) must flee.
If you are gay and call yourself Christian....you are deceiving yourself and not really saved to begin with.
2 Corinthians 7:10 says this: "Godly sorrow produces repentance, leading to salvation"
Salvation only comes by the blood of Jesus through repentance.
Don't be fooled.....get saved.

You see what I mean?
By continuing to live any way you want to....you are not a true Christian.
This is precisely my point.

I have a friend who is married to a minister and they're both women....I thought when I saw them in LA in July that the Lord was going to have me say something but I saw that they were talking offense at everything that was said to them even when it didn't refer specifically to their lifestyle. I heard the Lord tell me not to say anything to them about their lifestyle and I just talked about how great the Lord is and the wonderful things He's doing in my life. I think the Lord was showing me how to love the people and hate the sin at the same time.
I think they find ways to make what they're doing right without having to give it over to the Lord.....You're right, we'll know who is really serving the Lord by the fruit.

nicely you're calling your self a Christian and additionally you're actually not being very "christian-like" by discriminating against others. isn't the bible meant to tutor you to be a competent individual? how are you able to even have self assurance you're a competent individual once you think of that somebody else is a strolling sin in basic terms as a results of way they have been born. they did no longer prefer to be gay, supply em a harm, why do you care who they love? Did you ever as a christian question why homosexuality replaced into incorrect? Or did you supply up your freedom of non-public theory once you opened and study the bible? have self assurance it or no longer, many centuries in the past, women weren't seen people, and that i'm particular someplace it replaced into written down, and hundreds of thousands of persons believed it, yet that did no longer make it precise did it? Now hundreds of years later, that has replaced. are you able to open your concepts in basic terms somewhat to locate the concept in basic terms because of the fact homosexuality is written as a sin, there's a threat it is no longer?

This is a great question because it really highlights the hypocrasy of the Christian religion. According to your bible and the verses you listed Homosexuality is a sin committed by humans. So is lieing, stealing, taking the name of the Lord in vain, having graven images, etc.....They are all sins. Watching any television show after 9:00 at night is a sin. Almost all of them involve sexual themes and violence. Yet Christians, continue to watch television even though it cannot coexist with the light of Christ.
Many men in Christian churches struggle with pornography. The fact that you are typing this on an internet site, means that you have access to it right now, not to imply that you do access it, but my uneducated guess is that you may have perused a couple of sites in your time.
According to your bible, sin is what separates man from God. The truth is most Christians knowingly sin everyday, does the fact that they do this mean that they are unrepentant? Does the man struggling with pornography who goes back to it every now and then in weakness deserve to burn in hell? That is what you are implying with homosexuality.
Christians love to separate the sin of homosexuality from the rest of the sins that they themselves commit. Didn't your God ask you to examine your own life before stoning others?
But don't listen, keep going after the Gays, because, as I started this answer, it only highlights the falsehood inherent in Christian doctrine and belief.

Why do some adulterers call themselves Christian? If everyone who sinned in the eyes of the Lord was drummed out of the faith, Christianity would have no one left to carry it on. If we're counting sins and making judgments, you need to look inward first and leave the rest to the judgment of God, as your holy book teaches. Now rule of law is different. It rarely catches up with ethical standards with any rapidity, so unfortunately in many areas, the practice of homosexuality is still against the law. But we must ask ourselves what this law is based on and whether it deserves to stay on the books alongside the antisocial sins/crimes. Common sense tells us that the practice of homosexuality harms no one, whereas the practice of murder most certainly does. Let's get our priorities straight.

Because some of them refuse to acknowledge that homosexuality is sinful as mentioned in 1 Corinthians 6:9 and 6:10 as well as several other verses. However, we're to love and pray for them as well.

Person A: You can't be gay and a christian
Person B: I know a gay christian
Person A: Then they aren't a true christian
Sound anything like the "No True Scotsman" fallacy? Until the definition of a christian includes sexual orientation, then you can be a christian and a homosexual.
Tom: Christianity teaches you that Christians shouldn't judge others
primoa1970: But I judge Christians to be non-christian if they're gay
Tom: Then you're not a true christian

I have a family member who I've known all my life. He showed signs of being "different" from an early age. He went to church just like me, and got saved, just like me. When he came "out" as an adult, it really didn't surprise me. Unlike some homosexuals, he has always stayed in monogamous relationships, and his "marriages" have lasted longer than mine. So when someone says all homosexuals are going to hell, I have a really hard time with that. This man has shared his faith with me when I've been in tough times, and lifted me up. Do I think homosexuality is right. NO! NO! NO! It is against God's will. Just like adultery, Fornication (this includes sex outside of marriage), stealing, Lying, etc. And just like all the other sins, there will be a price to be paid that only God knows since he is Judge and Juror.
Romans Chap. 13:
9: The commandments, "You shall not commit adultery, You shall not kill, You shall not steal, You shall not covet," and any other commandment, are summed up in this sentence, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself

We all came as we were to Christ dragging our sins with us. Only when we are born-again and trade that old man for that new man does the Holy Spirit start His work in us. Daily he takes our sins from us. We get to the point where we hate sin. If these homosexuals have accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior, they are no longer homosexual but they are refraining from sex. They are no longer practicing homosexuality. Often many of them stay single for the rest of their life. Just because two men live together in one house does not make them homosexual. Just because two women live together in one house does not make them homosexual. We must be careful in loving the homosexuals that we let them work out their salvation with fear and tembling.
Philippians 2:12
Work out your own salvation does not mean that you should work for salvation in order to obtain it. Work out denotes the expression, manifestation or actualization of something one already possesses. Salvation is a free gift from Jesus.
Everything you have said is true, but be careful with this thinking and to make sure the homosexual is refraining from sex the pastor or priest may need to ask, especially if you see homosexual behavior like holding hands or kissing. This behavior must be confronted because of the influence on our youth. Now, with all of that said if they have the Holy Spirit within them He is more than able to deliver them from homosexual behavior. I trust the Holy Spirit to finish what He starts in us.

I'm not gay so I don't know, but here's my non-professional theory: You can be homosexual in that you prefer the same sex, but you don't have to act on it. It's not a sin to be interested or attracted to someone, but it is a sin to lust after them, and partake in homosexual activity. Also, their relationship with God is not our business. You don't know if they've repented or not, and if they've given their life to Jesus, they are saved. God is the one that will judge them, and it's his job, not ours. Jesus told us to "love our neighbor." Is that what you're doing? Are you showing them the love of Christ?
Yes, Jesus told the woman at the well to "go and sin no more." If they're Christians, they're doing the best they can with that. The devil is tempting them, and with God's help, they can resist the temptation. You don't know them, or their relationship with God, and even if you did, it's not yours or anyone else's place to judge.
