My friend had one, she would pass out, when the light hit her eyes a certain way. She had to wear sunglasses all the time.

According to the type and the location of the tumor (and there are many) there also many different symptoms: I'll list some of them : 1) agressivity 2) coprolalia (using excessively foul language 3) amoral conduct 4) vertigo (different from Vertigo caused by Meniere's disease) 5) headaches 6) severe pain in eyeball and optical nerve ( in case of retinoblastoma) 7) appearance of an aura not unlike the one announcing some grand mal epileptic episodes. This is not limitative. There is no way to determine IF the patient has a tumor, much less WHICH tumor based on symptomatology. The symptoms are a first filter which must be followed up by EEG, and imaging: X rays, brain scan, nuclear resonance of the brain.

they could be subtle barely notieable to no symptoms. Years ago, I was having lunch with a good freind one day and somehow he started talking about his wife and some problem she was having. My answer had something to do with her menstral cycle to which he looked totally blank and said well she doesn't have those. I asked him how long this has been going on, thinking he was going to be a father soon, he said no, its been over seven years. I told him that he needed to get her to a doctor because this just isn't right. SHe went and sure enough, they removed a golf ball sized tumour and which spoiled her bistful, period free life as she was visited routinely by "her Freind" but she totally survived and is fine.
