I actually sat in my driveway with this "Cat from hell" in the trap wondering what to do with it for like 10 minutes.. It became clear what to do with this BEAST when it just kept on trying to attack me from within the trap. Humane socity never came to mind, because this cat was WAY to wild to be adopted, It would be a death sentance! I personally think that ANYBODY who lets there pets become become property of the "humane socity: is a scum ball.
Anyways, I took the cat, and just dumped it in an Industrail area. At least it has a chance of staying alive.

I disagree with what you have done. This cat could have an issues and now a small child could see this kitty and the kitty could possibly attack the child. Not being able to catch it the child now will have to undergo a rabbie shots to be on the safe side.

These shots are like 50 in the stomach poor child. So was this the right thing. Dumping a possibly infected cat back into socity to possibly infect children or other cats/dogs.

In situations like this sometimes killing an animal to protect the lives of a human is best. Now if you dumped the cat in the woods about 200 miles away from homes then I could agree with you. But in this case. I do not agree.

You relocated the cat, but have you thouhgt about what would happen if a new cat came in and did the same thing? You cant keep relocationg cats that are overpopulating the area, some may belong to people and yes the cats willl act out if caught, they will revert to survival instincts.

lets say some one new moves in and your cat is coming to to their yard. They trap it and relocate also. then what?
You can argue all you want with the person about it but your cat was tresspassing. So they took atcions from a cat running loose onto there yard. I would do the same, but take it to a shelter. Even if i knew the cat belonged to someone i would kep doing it until they learned to keep thier pet contained. Poor pet care i call it.

I'm sorry its cheaper and better to have an enclosure built to protect your cats health and prevent any more fights that WILL happen. your cat may have a life long disease and die from it.
Think ahead in the long run. More cats will come and you cant stop it, but you can control your ca by having it contained

The cat will be back. Unless you drove more than 15 miles or so, but even that may be too close. Cats have a remarkable sense of where "home" is and will have no problem finding their way back.

I highly suggest taking it to a shelter. They will spay/neuter it and then it's temperment will change. Then they may be able to place it in a good home.
